Back on Point - March 19, 2013
Hey fitness family!
Today on the Back On Point calendar, it was marked to do a General workout. Well I decided to add legs because I’m trying to increase body mass and a personal trainer advised that doing more leg work can help with that increase. For the General exercise, I did Workout # 4.
I’m feeling more and more energetic the more I keep up with this regimen. I will not lie, there are days where I am just NOT in the mood to do anything but I can’t allow myself to get comfortable again. I hope everyone is keeping up with their workouts and make sure you DRINK LOTS OF WATER! It’s indeed important to keep yourself hydrated.
By the way, I decided to show you all the green smoothie I made earlier this morning - Carrot Cake Green smoothie. Deeeeelicious! It’s pretty sweet but it offers plenty benefits =) Here are what the main ingredients offer:
Carrots - improve vision & nourish skin
Dried oats - protein, B vitamins, and fiber
Banana - potassium, vitamin C, and manganese
